How Your New Plant is Packaged

Your plant will be shipped in sphagnum moss inside of a nursery pot.  This will allow you to put it in your preferred potting medium after it arrives.  Instructions for planting and information on potting mediums will be sent with your order and will also be available on the shop's Caring for Your New Plant page.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS to the 48 contiguous US states (not Alaska or Hawaii).  Please note that delays may occur due to weather, product availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I will only guarantee delivery to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time.  I do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Local Delivery

A local delivery of your order may be available if you are located in the Bend, Oregon area.

Please select the "Local Delivery" option during checkout.  In the order comments area please tell me the best date/time for the delivery of your order. I will contact you within three business days to confirm the delivery date/time and address.

Local pickup

If you are located in the Bend, Oregon area you may be able to pickup your order at a nearby location.

Please select "Local Pickup" option during checkout.  I will contact you within three business days to discuss a date/time and the location for the pickup.

Pickups will usually be located at the pavilion in Almoody Park in Bend, Oregon.

There will be a 15 minute window after the time we schedule for pickup. You can reach me by phone if you will not be able to make it for the pickup in time.  If the pickup is not made, the plant will be taken home with me. If this occurs I will expect you to Contact Me to arrange another pickup time.  I will allow for one additional pickup opportunity while the plant is in my care.  Otherwise, it will be marked as not picked up. In most cases I will be happy to arrange delivery for a fee if you are unable to pickup your plant.
