I will not provide a refund if a plant arrives on time but is damaged due to weather related conditions (cold/hot weather). Please purchase a heating pack if your package may experience cold weather during shipment from our nursery in Oregon. To help you remember to do this, during the colder Winter months a heating pack will automatically be added to your shopping cart. During warmer months, please arrange for your package to be delivered to a cool location that will not cause heat damage to the plant.
If your plant arrives damaged for other reasons, I will happily provide a replacement, store credit, or a refund to you if you contact me within 2 business days of receiving your package.
You may return, at your cost, most new, unopened non-plant items within 5 business days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Requesting a Return
To request a return, log in to your account using the "Log In" link in the upper right hand corner of the shop's Home Screen. Once you are logged in, select the order for which you would like a refund. Click on the "Request Return" link in the order's upper right corner and fill out the form. Alternatively, you can go to the shop's "Contact Me" page and request a refund. Please include the order and product info. for which you are requesting assistance. Please allow 1-2 business days for response.
